Spiritual Tablets Services private limited (STS) company’s mission is to connect donors and fundraisers through a donation-based digital Fintech Crowdfunding platform, enabling them to find new opportunities, expand the market for their products/services and become successful. Central to this mission is our commitment to being transparent about the data we collect about you, how it is used and with whom it is shared.
Information you provide
Account Information: You register a phone number when you create a STS account. Phone numbers are used to provide our Services to you and other STS users. You will be required to provide additional information during registration process, such as a profile name, user name, gender, sex, age and location.
Business Information: After registration, you can switch to business account where you need to provide business information such as business type, products and services and business location. Business accounts are public and listed in business directory search results. It’s your choice whether to include full business address or just locality information on your profile.
Location: Location data is required when using certain services in the app. You will have the option to change location data within Home, Search, My Business and while creating a market post or status.
Our services are more beneficial when users can find fresh content at a nearby location. Our algorithms will show your content in the news feed and search results for users within a certain distance from your location.
You will have a choice to allow our services to read your device’s GPS location. However, you can use all services without giving permission to the device’s location; you can type, search, and select the desired location. We do not collect or track your location data in the background.
Contacts: When you Allow permission to sync your contacts with our Services, information from the contacts on your device may be securely transmitted to the server in order to determine which of your contacts are registered with STS. This is a common feature required to keep growing your social network by suggesting new users “follow” you and others. We do not collect any other information such as addresses, names or email addresses, just mobile phone numbers; we will use this information to notify you when your contact joins STS and suggest new users to follow for you and others.
Usage Information. When you use our Services, we log usage data, such as when you view or click on the content, call a user to enquire about the market posts and change locations to search for new content. This data is important for users to understand their content and their audience and improve products and services offered in future. When you create a market post, you will get insights data such as the number of views, shares, and calls; you will understand how well your content performs with your audience.
Information we may share
Other Users: When you submit content, chat and/or message, it can be viewed by everyone and re-shared anywhere. Other users of the app will be able to find and see your content (market posts, status), profile name and profile picture. When you create a market post, users can call your phone number, send a WhatsApp message, or send a direct message using the chat feature of the STS mobile app. When you switch to a Business account, users can find and see information about your business, such as products and services offered, business type, and business location.
Third Parties: We work with third parties to provide some of our Services. For example, our Third-Party Providers send a verification code to your phone number when you register for our Services. These providers are bound by their Privacy Policies to safeguard that information. If you use other Third-Party Services in connection with our Services, their Terms and Privacy Policies govern your use of those services.
Other instances where STS may need to share your data
• To meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
• To enforce applicable Terms, including investigation of potential violations.
• To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
• To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of STS, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
